Recently, the company was acquired by Sam Margulis — owners who share a deep commitment to family, community, and lasting quality.

Sam Margulis-General Manager
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Sam moved to Indiana to attend Trine University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering Technology, and met his wife. Today, they’re raising their daughter in Brownsburg, Indiana, where Sam is proud to call home.

With more than 10 years of engineering experience, Sam brings a strong background in design and practical solutions to the business. His passion lies in building something lasting-one that combines integrity, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction .
